I have attached two documents, one is a notification of an EGM to be held at Mi Sol Bar Terrace on Sunday 15 th July 2007. The meeting has been called by Paco acting in his perceived capacity as President of Mi sol, See the last Post for more on this subject.
The second document is a letter from Paco, explaining the ramifications of the Court hearing in Elche on 18th June 2007. Mention being made of civil and criminal proceedings, and indicating that all previous judgements given against debtors in the Courts of Torrevieja will be overturned and all monies plus costs will have to be given back to those Owners taken to Court for Debt by the Community.
