Committee Meeting
Attached are the minutes from the Committee meeting held on the Bar terrace at 4.00pm yesterday afternoon. For the first time a dictaphone was used in addition to the written notes.

Hi Neill Can you please rectify the minutes to read Pepe's meter and the new purchaser of Timms land Mr. John Carrington. I have also thought of another one since then, 621 Derek's plot... did it get read?

Yes I will add to the minutes re Timms land, and the reading of Pepes meters.
Pepe said the land was sold to the Owners mentioned for car parking and gardens only.
As Mrs Olive well knows, Pepe told her husband Mr Derek Olive that the land he had bought was sold attached to plot 424, could only be sold with plot 424, was for car parking and gardening use only, no habitable buildings, no water or electricity supply, and that Plot 621 did not exist. Given that Mr Olive smashed the lock on the Casita and had meters fitted, against my express wishes, and there is no plot 621 to charge the reading to, I am awaiting the advice of the Administrators on what to do.
The omissions to the minutes that Mrs Olive refers to in these comments are relatively minor when compared to the fact that the minutes taken by Mrs Holt and usually typed up by Mrs Olive make no reference whatsoever that the former President attended the meeting and indeed spoke at the meeting.
